Draft — not yet in force. Adetio is in closed pre-launch. The operating entity is not yet published, so this document names no company and creates no obligations. It is shown in full so you can read the terms we intend to launch under; every clause is confirmed with EU counsel before release.
LEGAL

Subprocessors

the Adetio operating entity (to be published before launch) uses a small set of vetted providers, all hosting data within the EU, to deliver the service. We give 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing any subprocessor so you can object.

Cloud hosting — EU regions

Primary compute and database hosting for the Adetio platform, located exclusively in EU regions. No customer personal data leaves the EU/EEA.

Transactional email & SMS

An EU-based provider delivers sign-in codes, magic links, and account notifications on your behalf. Only the minimum data needed to deliver each message is shared, and only within the EU/EEA.

Error monitoring & logging

EU-hosted observability tooling captures application errors and access logs to keep the service secure and reliable. Logs are scrubbed of unnecessary personal data and retained per your plan’s window.

Payments

An EU-regulated payment processor handles billing for paid plans. They receive billing contact and payment details only — never your end users’ identity data.

Your right to object

We publish changes here and notify account admins by email at least 30 days in advance. If you reasonably object to a new subprocessor on data-protection grounds, contact privacy@adetio.eu and we will work with you in good faith, up to terminating the affected service.
